"The award is a nice confirmation of the path we have taken and at the same time the motivation to consistently continue on this path," says Pollmann's HR Manager Helmut Grobbauer. This is the first time Pollmann has received the "Leading Employers" seal of approval, which has been awarded by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation since 2017.

Pollmann's values are convincing
A total of approximately 87,000 companies were examined and about 1.5 million data were analyzed with the help of a qualified data team, robots and web crawlers. At Pollmann, values such as employee satisfaction and the benefits offered were included in the study.

In addition, as a training company, the automotive supplier focuses strongly on promoting young talent. One example of this is the "Fit for International" program, which gives the best apprentices in their year the opportunity to gain international work experience at a Pollmann location abroad at a young age.

Award guaranteed independent
Unlike an individual study, the comprehensive meta-analysis combines a variety of sources into a synopsis, thereby creating a holistic picture. "The fact that there is no economic motivation to rate certain companies better or worse is a key aspect for us that guarantees the independence of the award," says Gerlinde Utter, Managing Director of the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation.

Each source used is carefully reviewed, evaluated and weighted. The individual significance and the associated value of a source play the decisive role. At the end of the intensive and multi-stage process, the companies that convince with their overall package as an employer prevail, regardless of size, industry or color. All the greater is the joy at Pollmann to be among the TOP 1% of employers in Austria.
