We at Pollmann International are looking for people who share our vision and want to grow with us. That is why we offer junior staff interesting entry-level opportunities.

As Pollmann expands, it offers junior staff interesting entry-level opportunities and prepares them specifically for the challenges as junior executives.

As a trainee, you will receive special training to become a junior executive. You get to know the company, its employees and processes step-by-step. Similar to a front-seat passenger, you will experience the exciting challenges in an international corporate group in the automotive industry right up front, but from a safe position. Directly involved, but no independent decision-making responsibility yet.

Find your way

You can decide on your future responsibility either right at the beginning or in the course of your trainee program. Your career path at Pollmann will be based on your training and abilities, your preferences, the needs of the company and the focus of your trainee program.
The program takes takes between nine and fifteen months to complete and consists of three to five training blocks in different  departments.

Goal

Train become an international junior executive or expert in your chosen field

Duration

9-15 months

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree from a university/university of applied sciences
  • Engineering college (HTL) degree or comparable technical training
  • Practical experience
  • Technical and/or business know-how is a plus 
  • Business fluency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Flexible, resilient, able to communicate
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Training contents

3-5 challenging training blocks each lasting from six weeks to three months

Training blocks:

Quality Management, Automation/Robotics, Tool Shop, Sales, Purchasing, Development/Design, Project Management or Process Development.

If you are interested, you may spend time in Production at an international location (e.g. Mexico or China)

Compensation

  • High-school graduates starting from EUR 2,566 (gross)
  • University/university of applied sciences graduates starting from EUR 2,760 (gross)

Additional pay for specific qualifications and suitable professional experience.
