The economics & business technician supplemented his know-how at Pollmann with a trainee program for logistics and purchasing department. He says that as soon as he starts up his computer in the morning, he sees the many new opportunities for himself and the company in the constantly changing tasks. How would you describe your career at Pollmann?
After completing my technical and business education, I started a Trainee Program which was specifically geared to logistics.

Do you have one sentence that describes your approach to work or your philosophy towards life?
I never lose. Either I win or I learn.

What do you like best about your work?
Every day is different, you never know what to expect when you turn on your PC after you get to work.

What advice would you give the future generation of Pollmann employees?
Ask questions! Every question you ask may be helpful in the future.
