Our Code of Conduct serves as a guide for all Pollmann employees and those who act on behalf of Pollmann. Everyone of us is responsible for knowing and complying with the values and rules of conduct defined in this code. Questions you may have can be resolved by talking with colleagues and managers. If we are not sure whether rules are followed or if we become aware of violations, we contact Senior Management or HR for guidance.
