On July 1, 2025, Matthias Haider took over the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Pollmann International. He succeeds Jörg Scheithauer, who has held the role on an interim basis since December 2024 and continues to support the family business as Vice President Transformation (Interim).

With the appointment of 48-year-old Matthias Haider, Pollmann completes its leadership trio. Together with Chief Operating Officer Robert Stubenberger and Chief Sales Officer Stefan Pollmann, he will be crucial for the future development of the international automotive supplier – with a clear focus on stability, competitiveness, sustainable growth and targeted innovation.

Changes in the management under the banner of “Simply:Pollmann” 
Matthias Haider assumes financial responsibility in the midst of the ongoing company-wide transformation initiative “Simply:Pollmann”, with which Pollmann is consistently adapting its organization to changing marketing conditions. The realignment is already being implemented and includes, among other things, the bundling of Austrian production capacities at the main site Karlstein, the optimization of internal structures as well as the strategic development of central functions, including financial management.

In Matthias Haider, Pollmann has gained a CFO who combines financial management expertise with strategic foresight – together with Transformation Vice President (Interim) Jörg Scheithauer, who set the initiative in motion, they both play a key role in the successful realization of “Simply:Pollmann”.

International management experience and sound financial know-how 
Matthias Haider has many years of international experience in auditing and industry. He has held management positions in Finance & Controlling at Deloitte, Pfizer and Herz Industries, among others. Most recently, he was responsible for the financial agendas of SKE Holding GmbH, based in Linz, as CFO.

Thanks to his extensive expertise, numerous successful strategic initiatives and his excellent contacts in the banking sector, he is the perfect candidate for Pollmann’s financial management. Profound leadership skills and a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna complement his profile.
