The former CEO Herbert Auer is leaving the company. "We would like to express our sincere thanks to Herbert Auer, who has significantly and successfully developed Pollmann over 20 years in very challenging times," emphasize shareholders Markus and Robert Pollmann. Auer was intensively involved in the development of the Chinese site and has served as CEO of the entire Pollmann Group since 2015.

The acquisition of Robert Stubenberger as COO brings another experienced leader to the company. He has decades of international experience in the automotive industry and has held management positions at well-known companies such as Delphi, HTP, Magna and ZKW.

Stubenberger will play a key role in optimizing operational processes on an international level, further increasing efficiency and thus strengthening Pollmann's growth and global competitiveness. In doing so, he will be in close contact with the sites in the Czech Republic, China and Mexico, while also acting as Managing Director of Pollmann Austria GmbH.
