Girls' Day at Pollmann

Girls Day aims to combat stereotypes and motivate young women to consider taking up a technical profession.

Getting more and more girls interested in technical professions is a major concern for Pollmann. On Girls Day, which always takes place on the last Thursday in April, we therefore also opened the doors of our headquarter in Karlstein and were very pleased about the visit of 23 young women.

The schoolgirls from the secondary schools in Heidenreichstein and Drosendorf were informed about the wide range of jobs available at Pollmann and were given a tour of the production facilities. In addition, a tour of the new apprentice workshop was on the agenda and goodie bags were not to be missed.
