For the third time in a row, Pollmann International has been awarded the “Leading Employer” seal, making it one of the top 1% of all Austrian employers. The independent meta-study “Leading Employers”, conducted by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation, analyzed 150,000 companies, evaluated over 300 sources and examined 660 data points per employer. This makes it the world’s most comprehensive and scientifically sound study on employer quality.
Employees at the heart of the company
The production company in the Waldviertel region is not only a specialist in the automotive industry, but also a spirited family business. The focus is on people with all their abilities and talents. To ensure that values and visions not only exist on paper, but are actually put into practice, a comprehensive organizational development program was launched in 2024, as part of which the company is continuously working on an employee-oriented and appreciative corporate culture.

Comprehensive assessment of employer quality
The study includes the assessment of central categories like responsibility and sustainability in dealing with people, business and environment, the fair treatment of all employees as well as equal opportunities. Among other things, the working atmosphere, values such as trust and happiness, environmental and social awareness as well as the well-being of the workforce and health management measures were examined. Other focal points of the study were flexible working models, additional benefits for employees, the ability to innovate and long-term job security. Professionalism in recruiting and the application process as well as honest feedback and evaluations from employees and applicants were also taken into account in the assessment.
Independent meta-study with international reach
The Institute of Research & Data Aggregation has been recognizing the Leading Employers since 2017 and combines numerous data sources, robotic systems and web crawler analyses for the meta-study. Unlike individual studies, the process guarantees an independent, meaningful assessment of employer quality that is free of economic interests, based on the world's highest interaction rate in professional networks.
