100,000 companies analyzed
The Institute of Research & Data Aggregation has been recognizing companies with the award since 2017 and takes a comprehensive approach that differs from most other employer seals: The goal is to identify the best employers across all sectors and Austrian federal states. The meta-analysis combines numerous sources, perspectives and techniques in order to ensure a holistic assessment of employer quality. The institute analyzed more than 100,000 companies and 1.7 million data points and used 250 global sources and 450 web crawlers. This approach offers significantly greater informative value than an individual study.

Pollmann is therefore delighted to once again be among the top 1% in Austria. The award as a top employer is not only a recognition of the excellent working conditions, but also a confirmation of Pollmann's commitment to employee development and the training and promotion of young experts. Above all, the award also encourages the company to continue on its chosen path, because it is the employees who form the core of Pollmann's success and innovative strength.
