“Our goal is to develop creative solutions at an early stage that exactly fit the specific challenges of our customers,” emphasizes Andreas Greulberger, Director Innovation & Design at Pollmann International. The new format of the Innovation Days under the motto “Collabovation for Success” is a central component of this strategy. The term "Collabovation", a blend of collaboration and innovation, reflects the central principle of this initiative, which was launched in June.

The Innovation Days now take place on a quarterly basis and focus on a specific key topic that is dealt with by Pollmann specialists. Cross-departmental teams of experts are put together in a targeted manner to generate optimal ideas and solutions. This new format marks an important step – away from the mere “build-to-print” approach towards an innovation-driven strategy.

Focus on customer orientation
The main focus of our Innovation Days is on the in-depth understanding of our customers’ challenges. This enables us to develop innovative solutions that provide both us and our customers with sustainable competitive advantages. This principle is crucial for all activities and the development of product and process innovations.
