Primary Job Duties:

• Responsible for setup and optimization of PIM process and supervising to ensure PIM production stability and high quality level.
• Responsible for PIM daily production arrangement and process supervising responsible according to production plan and quality standards.
• Responsible as a team leader to set-up a perfect working position organization and ensure all employees coaching available.
• Maintain of molding equipments and accessorial devices. Planning of maintenance spare parts. 
• Working instructions creator according to process requirements and CP.
• Monitoring of daily production operation according to PCN PD and related guide lines and procedures and daily report responsible.
• Member of project and support project team for any related duties as production trial run, technical issues analysis and reporting etc…
• Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other any duties as designated by supervisor.
   

Education and/or Experience/Qualifications:

• Above 5 years working experience in plastic injection molding process and process set-up availability.
• Above college degree major in mechanical or automation or related industries.
• Above 3 years precision injection molding process working experience, preferable in over molding production.
• Be familiar with Engle molding machine operation, process set up and maintenance available.
• Be familiar with injection PIM tool structure and tool assembly, knowledge of tool maintenance.
• Working independently and team work spirit.
• English skills both in oral and writing and communication ability with foreigner.
• Experience in computer using by tool of Microsoft office.
