Description of Job Duties工作职责描述：

-Manage the area of Tool Sourcing

-Coordinates, organizes, supervises and controls following process-description, sub-process which is in accordance with "Table of Contents Process Description"

-Achieving agreed process and targets

-Design and development of new or existing product related tools and spare parts

-Request technical supplier solutions for product related Tools (equipment)

-Verify and evaluate supplier design and concepts for tools (in cooperation with TS, PINT Tool sourcing and OP)

-Detailed analysis at issues which were caused by the tool – define clear actions to supplier and document all the progress on the server

-Support to extend the supplier base for tools

-Management of Design changes on existing Tools (maintenance, customer changes,…)

-Data transfers to design department / tool sourcing for other Pollmann locations from supplier

-Owner tool book

-Create presentations for products as well as product related equipment

-Cooperates with the implementation of new or changed requirements into the organization

Education and/or Experience/Qualifications教育/经验/技能:

• Best University Degree or at least five (5) years related on the job experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in Automotive Business
• Excellent Engineering and Tooling Knowledge
• Know how about the main production technologies
• Solid Plastics Injection Molding experience
• Advanced Business English
• Quality Management knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or QS 9000 and Quality Management Core Tools
• Excellent Computer knowledge CAD software (ProE, CATIA/NX,…), MS Office
• Communication and strong negotiation ability with customers, suppliers, etc.
