International Careers with Apprenticeship by Pollmann

Eight new apprentices expand the Pollmann apprenticeship team to more than 29 people. "The training of apprentices gets us the necessary specialists we need so that we can master the upcoming, international market demands", says CEO Robert Pollmann.

At Pollmann, Waldviertel's youths are trained to become accredited professionals. "Careers with Apprenticeship" is consistent with the reality at Pollmann: For example, Helga Schlosser began as a "technical drafter" apprentice in 1978 - was later in the Development & Construction department as designer for injection molding and stamping tools and is now responsible for the administration of the Pollmann Austria distribution since a few years.

Numerous former apprentices are working in management positions today. This also awakes the ambition of the current apprentices - Twenty "distinguished achievements" alone were registered in the professional schools last year. Pollmann is always glad to honor those achievements consistently.
