Erwin Negeli and Christian Gaugusch are new Pollmann Austria CEOs

After an orientation phase of 2-3 months, Erwin Negeli together with Christian Gaugusch will be responsible for the management of Pollmann Austria GmbH in Karlstein. Erwin Negeli is responsible for the technology and sales sector and Christian Gaugusch - for the commercial one.
Christian Gaugusch has been General Manager and CFO of Pollmann since 12 years.

A very experienced automotive expert comes to us in Karlstein with the arrival of Steyer-native Erwin Negeli (47). He is married, has a daughter and lives with his family in Linz. After graduating from the Higher Technical School in mechanical engineering, he worked continuously in the automotive branch. A sector which is as challenging as it is exciting for Erwin Negeli. For him it is always particularly important to satisfy his clients with innovative solutions and deal best with eventual growing commercial and organizational demands.

In his international field of work, he has managed projects in Europe, USA, Mexico and China. The multicultural environment is a permanent challenge and a personal enrichment for Erwin Negeli. In addition to the typical job as project manager, he had to master a multitude of technical, commercial and organizational challenges until now. "Experiences, which one alone has gained, cannot be replaced by anything", says Erwin Negeli.

With his expertise, flexibility, target orientation and high social competence during his 27-year work experience, he is very well prepared for the management of the company in Karlstein at Pollmann Austria.
