Molds and Tools

Die-stamping, injection molding and extrusion molding tools are almost exclusively developed and manufactured by Pollmann. The manufacturing and test processes are interlinked to ensure lasting quality. The test and control software are also produced in-house, thus ensuring that only those parts and subassemblies which conform to the specifications are further processed.

Flawless tool making

This is achieved by the transfer of development results via the Pollmann CAD CAM data communication network. The setting-up and maintenance times are kept to a minimum due to the user-friendly layout of the tools and production machine.

Combined with our professional, preventive maintenance system, this results in a cost-effective, smooth manufacturing processes and high production machine efficiency.
