Engineering und Prototyping
At Pollmann, all process cycles are developed by using systematic CAD CAM solutions based on Pro/Engineer. By using movement simulations, plastics mold filling studies and FEM calculations, partial geometries can be determined even before the prototype phase. Interfaces via the Internet and ISDN Odette ensure reliable data exchange with customers and suppliers all over the world. Prototypes are manufactured in-house and are quickly available with the aid of laser and wire-cut metal parts and silicon tooling.
Pollmann staff has many years experience and are continuously trained in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949 certified management system. Interdepartmental collaboration enables them to develop cost-optimized solutions and innovations, thus ensuring that only the best result finally goes into volume production.
